Just wanted to make a note here, Jes and I were playing on the FFA server last night and we changed maps, the server crashed.  I've tried to bring it back up with Rcon, but I have not been successful. I think our provider may have to bring it back up.

Could it be due to heavy traffic or something with servers?
I think I heard Xen talking about this once after his clan server crashed..

The FFA server will be down for a while tonight (hopefully somewhere between 10pm-11pm). As we are updating the configuration of the server for the new senators, also some things have been changed in the server, they are as follows:
1.) Grapple has been added.
2.) Jetpack has been added.
3.) Map time has been extended to 45 minutes.
4.) Vote timer has been changed to 30 seconds, this allows more people to vote, and not let someone pull a fast one on the others.
5.)Map rotation has been changed to just basic maps. This will allow for more people to check out the server. Custom maps are still on the server, and can be voted for.
6.)Force regen has been changed to 100, half of what it was. If you would like a faster regen time for a while, 1-2 hours please xfire or message me.
7.) When you log into the server, and you change your name, disconnect and reconnect it will display that you last logged in with your old name. This will help admins if there is someone trying to evade them.
8.) There is now a clan-tag protection system. If you log in using the {JOC} tags, you will have to type in the pw and command. HERE is the password. This is an effort to keep impostors from getting JOC members in trouble.
9.) You will be placed into the Primary Dimension upon logging in. The Alternate Dimension is still there, you just have to go to it.
Stay tuned as to how the changes go.

JA+ has been down since yesterday as well. I thought it would have been back up by now personally. Usually it comes back up really quickly.

The JA+ server went down due to 1. some updates and 2. possible hacking.
There is a new JA+ mod which adresses this and has been applied to the FFA server, the CTF server will be getting the update as well.
All that to say that the FFA server is back up and running.
